abb99 Responsible Gaming — Your safety is our priority

Enjoy entertainment within the right limits. abb99 is committed to helping you enjoy gaming in a safe and controlled way.

Our Commitment

Why is responsible gaming important?

Online gaming is fundamentally a recreational activity. abb99 believes all players should play for fun and enjoyment — not out of financial pressure or mental stress. Responsible gaming means staying in control of your budget and time, and not letting gaming take priority over other responsibilities in life.

At abb99, we want to ensure our platform remains a safe, transparent, and enjoyable environment for everyone. To achieve this, we have implemented multiple protection tools and policies that help our players stay aware and in control.

Our responsible gaming guidelines apply to every user. If you feel that gaming is having a negative impact on your life, contact our 24/7 live chat support for prompt assistance.

Protection Tools

Our Safety Measures

abb99 provides the following tools to keep your gaming experience safe.

Deposit Limit Setting

Set a limit in advance on how much you deposit per day, per week, or per month. When this limit is reached, the system automatically blocks new deposits, helping you stay within your budget.

Time-Out Feature

Need a break for a few days? Use the time-out feature to temporarily suspend your account for anywhere from 24 hours to 30 days. During the break, logging in or placing bets will not be possible.

Self-Exclusion

If you feel gaming is getting out of control, apply for self-exclusion. Once active, your account will be fully closed for a set period and cannot be reopened during that time.

Activity History

Track all your transactions, betting history, and gaming time. Analyse your spending and playing patterns to make informed decisions. Transparency is the first step toward responsible gaming.

Age Verification (21+)

abb99 strictly prohibits anyone under 21 from creating an account or gaming. Age verification is mandatory during registration, and additional documents may be requested in suspicious cases.

24/7 Support

Our live chat support in Bengali is always ready for any gaming-related concerns or issues. Whenever you need help, we are here for you.

Warning Signs

Signs of Problematic Gaming

Gaming addiction can develop gradually. Be alert if you notice any of the following signs in yourself or someone you know:

  • A strong urge to keep playing repeatedly in order to recover lost money
  • Spending excessive time gaming while neglecting family or professional responsibilities
  • Borrowing money or breaking savings to fund gaming
  • Feeling restless or mentally distressed when unable to stop gaming
  • Hiding the extent of your gaming from family or friends
  • Continuing to play even when sleep, eating, or social life is being affected
Healthy Gaming

The Golden Rules of Responsible Gaming

Keep in mind

Gaming should always be a form of entertainment — not a source of income. Accept the possibility of losing bets as normal, and only spend money that you can afford to lose without it affecting your financial situation.

  • Set your budget and time limits before playing and stick to them
  • Never game when you are under stress or under the influence of alcohol
  • Take regular breaks and spend time on other activities outside of gaming during the day
  • Avoid continuing to play in an attempt to recover money you have lost

Common Questions

Questions and Answers about Responsible Gaming

Responsible gaming means keeping gaming a controlled and enjoyable form of entertainment. At abb99, we want every player to play within their means, set limits, and take breaks when needed. Our goal is to ensure a safe, transparent, and fun environment where gaming never becomes a problem.

Yes, you can set the maximum amount you can deposit per day, per week, or per month — entirely on your own terms. Once a limit is active, deposits beyond that amount will not be possible. Lowering a limit takes effect immediately, but increasing it requires a waiting period.

A time-out is a temporary break — from 24 hours up to 30 days. Once the break ends, your account is automatically reactivated. Self-exclusion, on the other hand, is a longer-term measure — typically from 3 months up to 5 years. While self-exclusion is active, the account cannot be reopened under any circumstances before the period ends.

No, not at all. The minimum age to open an account at abb99 is 21. We verify age during the registration process, and additional documents may be requested in any suspicious case. We are committed to keeping minors away from gaming.

In this situation, contact our live chat immediately. We will take protective measures on the account right away. We also recommend using parental control software on your device and changing your account password.

First, reach out to abb99's 24/7 live chat — we will help you restrict your account and take the necessary steps. In addition, speak with a mental health professional or counsellor. Open conversations with your family and trusted people are also important.
